RE: Special Meeting of the Weld County Council - May 30, 1985
WHEREAS, Section 13-4-(3) of the Weld County Home Rule
Charter allows the President of the Weld County Council to call
special meetings of the Council ; and
WHEREAS, a ruling has been requested of the Weld County
Council as to a conflict of interest regarding Bob Ehrlich; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that it can make its
best judgment of this matter by inviting all parties concerned to
testify at a special meeting of the Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the President of the
Weld County Council call a special meeting of the Council to be held
Thursday, May 30, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. , in the Council chambers.
The above and foregoing Resolution was adopted by the
following vote on the second day of May, 1985.
