Dear Mr. Paxton;
This letter is to confirm that there is an existing water tap
(account #15-0040) paid for and assigned to the N 1/2 of Lot 6 , Blk 3 ,
Seemore Heights Subdivision east of Longmont, Colorado.
Installation of the tap can be accomplished by simply notifying our
office that you would like to proceed. Our crews will then schedule the
tap for installation. We ask that you allow about 4 weeks to accommodate
the installation process.
