RE: DELEGATING THE AUTHORITY OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, AND ALL
AUTHORITY HERETOFORE DELEGATED TO THE COUNTY OF WELD, COLO-
RADO BY ANY OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION, TO ISSUE REVENUE
BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADEQUATE RESIDENTIAL
HOUSING FACILITIES FOR LOW- AND MIDDLE-INCOME FAMILIES AND
PERSONS TO LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO, AND AUTHORIZING LARIMER
COUNTY, COLORADO TO ISSUE SUCH REVENUE BONDS ON BEHALF OF
THE COUNTY OF WELD, COLORADO AND ON BEHALF OF ALL SUCH POLIT-
ICAL SUBDIVISIONS WHICH HAVE SO DELEGATED SUCH AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in order to provide adequate residential housing
facilities for low- and middle-income families and persons , the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County deems it advisable
to delegate its authority to issue revenue bonds on behalf of
Weld County as follows:
Section 1 . The County, pursuant to Section 29-4-801 , et.
seq. of the Colorado Revised Statutes 1973 , as amended,
hereby irrevocably delegates to Larimer County, the County' s
authority to issue revenue bonds (the "Bonds" ) during the
calendar year 1983 for the purpose of financing residential
facilities for low- and middle-income families and persons .
The County further delegates to Larimer County, Colorado
all such authority as has heretofore been delegated to the
County by any political subdivision for the issuance of the
Bonds.
Section 2 . The Bonds shall not constitute the debt or in-
debtedness of the County, Larimer County, the State or any
other political subdivision thereof within the meaning of
any provision or limitation of the Colorado Constitution
or statutes of the State of Colorado nor give rise to a
pecuniary liability or or a charge against the general
credit or taxing powers of the County, Larimer County, the
State or any other political subdivision thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Weld County does hereby
delegate its authority for the issuance of revenue bonds to pro-
vide adequate residential housing facilities for low- and middle-
income families and persons , to Larimer County as above stated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that this Resolution
shall be effective immediately upon its passage.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
July, A.D. , 1983 .
