RE: GRANT REQUEST OF MARY ANN FEUERSTEIN, WELD COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER, TO
USE CERTAIN WELD COUNTY FACILITIES AS POLLING PLACES FOR 1992 PRESIDENTIAL
PRIMARY, PRIMARY, AND GENERAL ELECTIONS AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Mary Ann Feuerstein, Weld County Clerk and Recorder, ahs requested
permission to use the following Weld County facilities for polling places in the
March 3, 1992, Presidential Primary Election, the August 11, 1992, Primary
Election, and the November 3, 1992, General Election:
County Courthouse Precinct 60108
Centennial Center Absentee
WHEREAS, the abovementioned polling places must be open from 6: 15 a.m. and
remain open until the judges have completed their duties after the polls close
at 7:00 p.m. , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to grant said request.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request of Mary Ann Feuerstein, Weld County Clerk and
Recorder, for use of the abovementioned facilities to be used as polling places
on Tuesday, March 3, 1992, for the Presidential Primary Election, Tuesday, August
11, 1992, for the Primary Election, and Tuesday, November 3, 1992, for the
General Election be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said request.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of December, A.D. , 1991.

We are requesting the use of your facilities for a polling place in order to conduct
the Presidential, Primary and General Elections to be held in 1992.
It will be necessary for the polling place to be open at 6:15 a.m. on the morning of
Election Day and remain open until the judges complete their duties after the polls
close at 7:00 p.m.
PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION DAY - Tuesday, March 3 , 1992
PRIMARY ELECTION DAY - Tuesday, August 11, 1992.
GENERAL ELECTION DAY - Tuesday, November 3, 1992.
