Dear Tom:
In our phone conversation today, you expressed a concern about tap
deposit requirements for future developments in the Highway 119
corridor, west of I-25. I agree with your contention that the
percent of tap deposits required on future developments should be
the same as is required of your development at this time. I
discussed this with Brian Burnett, our Board President and Dick
Lyons, our attorney, and they agree also.
We will present this to our Board the December 13 , 1994 meeting for
their review.
