We will commit- to provide service to these lots via one standard residential water tap per lot with the following conditions: 1. The District has implemented a "system impact" fee for all lots to be added to our system. The fee is $1,000. 00 per lot and is due and payable upon acceptance of the main line extension. 2 . All improvements to District facilities required to provide service will be the financial responsibility of the developer in accordance with District Rules and Regulations. All improvements must conform to District Specifications. 3 . We currently have a 6" Dia. line along the South side of WCR 60 with additional capacity available. You will need to do a main line extension to provide service to the subdivision. Fire protection would may require that you also connect to our existing 6" line on the Aas property. 4 . The District requires the transfer of one share of Colorado 95166O Big Thompson water for Each lot added to the system. 5. The installation Af fire hydrants requires the payment of a $2 , 000 hydrant fee for each hydrant added to the system. This commitment will expire one year from the date of this letter if the taps have not been purchased and installed by that 'late. The current fee for the above described water tap(s) is $4, 000. 00 (each) and is subject to change without notice.
