Re: Commitment for Domestic Water Service -- Pioneer Estates
Dear Vern:
This letter is in response to your request that Little
Thompson Water District provide a commitment to you for domestic
water service to the proposed development described as follows:
NE 1/4, NW 1/4, SEC 8, T5N, R67W -- Pioneer Estates
We can provide_.service:for,the"requested six- (6) domestic 5/8"
_ X 3/41 taps' by means a main line extension off of our existing 6"
line along the Great Northern Railroad right of way with the
following conditions:
1. In August of 1993 the Little Thompson Board implemented a
"system impact" fee of $1000 per lot for all lots to be added
to the system. This is due when the final plat is done on new
developments or when the tap is requested for existing lots.
2. All improvements to District facilities required to
provide service will be the financial responsibility of the
developer in accordance with the District Rules and
Regulations. All improvements must conform to District
Specifications.
3 . You will be required to transfer one share of Colorado Big
Thompson water for each lot to be developed
This commitment will expire one year from the date of this
letter if the taps have not been purchased and installe EXHIBIT

date. The current fee for the domestic 5/8" X 3/4" tap is $4,000.00
These fees area subject to change without notice.
