Dear Mr. Sutter;
Concerning electrical service to your proposed five lot development; located on Section
10, Twp 06N, Rng 065W, of the 6 P.M., Weld County. Public Service Company of
Colorado has the responsibility of serving that area and the ability to do so. We have an
existing three phase; 12.47 kV overhead line along County road 43 for the entire length of
the section as well as some facilities cast of Road 43 on both Road 70 and 72.
