3/4-INCH OUTSIDE WATER TAP APPLICATION PROCESS
AS OF SEPTEMBER 23, 1997
1. /V_/} Submit to the City of o terf8i/as[BWater Utilities Department a completed
Application ap Outside i. 'is form for Water Board review.
2. NM- Submit to Northern Colo` r onservancy District a completed Petition for
Inclusion of Itt to Municipa district form for their review.
3. _X If City Council moves to approve the applicant's request for outside water service,
then the applicant must pay all associated fees prior to services being rendered. (These
fees are to be paid at the Building Inspection Office located at 3rd and Kimbark.)
Fees, current as of the above date, to be paid may include but are not limited to the
following:
" 1. 0000.00 Cash in Lieu of Raw Water(Transfer of raw water or equivalent CIL),(651-8365)
* 2. 0000.00 Water System Development (651-8348)
* 3. 000.00 Windy Gap Surcharge (651-8348)
* 4. 10.00 Water Meter Pit Inspection
" 5. 67.29 Water Meter remote (651-8468)
" 6. 42.39 Tapping Materials (651-8468)

4. l�Q' The applicant needs to n exclusion of service from Left Hand Water District
(530-4200) or Long r District (776-3847).
5. Applicant is responsible for contracting with a private contractor for excavation work
and obtaining necessary Right-Of-Way permits..
6. X Applicant will need to call the City (651-8468) 48 hours prior to requested tapping
of water line. Applicant will also need to request an inspection of the installation of
the tap, water meter pit, and associated water service line. Please call the City at
(651-8376) to request an inspection.
7. X Following Water Inspection's approval of the water tap, the applicant will need to
call the City(651-8469) for installation of the water meter.
