RE: APPROVAL OF THE USE OF COUNTY FACILITIES FOR POLLING PLACES
FOR THE GREELEY MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 1, 1977.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, has been approached by the City of Greeley with a
request for permission to use the following facilities owned by
the County of Weld, for polling places in their November 1 , 1977
election:
4-H Building in Island Grove Park
Hall space on first floor of Weld County
Courthouse Building
WHEREAS, the above-mentioned polling places will have to be
open from 6 : 00 A.M. until the judges complete their work after
the polls close at 7 : 00 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above-mentioned request
by the City of Greeley, be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
September, A.D. , 1977.

ATTENTION: MARY ANN r EUERST EIN, Clerk & Recorder
The City of Greeley will hold a regular election on Tuesday,
November 1, 1977, for the purpose of electing a mayor, one
councilperson from Ward I, one from Ward II, and one from
Ward III.
Permission is herby requested for the use of the following
facilities for polling places in this election:
4-H Building in Island Grove Park
Hall space on first floor of Weld County Courthouse Building
It will be necessary for each polling place to be open at
6:00 A. M. and to remain open until the judges complete their
work after the polls close at 7:00 P. Al.
Please indicate your approval and confirm the specific areas
we will be permitted to use in each of these facilities.
