RE : Request for Service
Dear Mr. Hergenreter;
Pursuant to our conversation earlier today, you have requested that we
provide you with documentation of water service to property described
as follows :
Property described as being the NW 1/4 of Section 33,
Township 3N, Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in
Weld County, Colorado . Further, the address of the property
is said to be 2096 Weld County road 28, Longmont, CO. 80504 .
We currently provide service to this property via LPWD Tap #180032 . An
additional outbuilding is allowed under our Bylaws, Policies and
Regulations without the requirement to purchase an additional tap. If,
however, this outbuilding is to be used as a residence, or is sold to
another party, an additional tap must then be purchased to provide
service .
