RESOLUTION
RE : APPROVAL OF CORRECTION TO SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 151 -
RICHARD AND CONNIE HARKIS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affars of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has approved
Subdivision Exemption No. 151 for Richard and Connie Harkis
concerning property described as certain parcels of land
located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 2
North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado,
on the 24th day of February, 1982 , and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the resulting tracts
of land marked Exhibit "A" submitted with the Resolution was
in error, and
WHEREAS , the correct legal description of the resulting
tracts of land is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference marked Exhibit "A" , and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners deems it advis-
able to approve said correction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hereinabove
correction to Subdivision Exemption No. 151 of Richard and
Connie Harkis be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day
of March, A.D. , 1982 .

That part of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 15,
Township 2 North, Range 65 West, of the 6th Principal
Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, described as : Beginning
at the Northeast corner said Section 15; thence N90°00 ' 00"W
on an assumed bearing along the North line said Section
15 a distance of 200. 00 feet; thence S00°07 ' 00"W parallel
with the East line said Section 15 a distance of 359. 00
feet; thence S90°00 ' 00"E a distance of 200. 00 feet; thence
N00°07 ' 00"E a distance of 359. 00 feet to the point of
beginning.
The North 30. 00 feet thereof subject to County Road R.O.W.
Contains 1. 511 Acres more or less, excluding said North
30. 00 feet thereof.
