This document is regarding the adequate water supply for the special review procedure for the property,
5617 Ute Lane,Greeley,Colorado.
The city of Evans supplies the domestic water to Arrowhead subdivision. There is no well water or
irrigation water supplied to the property.
The proposed building will be used as a storage building for a boat and/or vehicles and a woodworking
shop. No domestic,well,or irrigation water is needed for the proposed building. No water will be
plumbed into the building. Therefore,an adequate water supply is not needed.
Sewage Disposal Statement

This document is regarding the adequate sewage disposal for the special review procedure for the property,
5617 Ute Lane,Greeley,Colorado.
The sewage disposal system for the Arrowhead subdivision is a septic tank system. The house on the
property currently has its own septic tank.
The proposed building will be used as a storage building for a boat and/or vehicles and a woodworking
shop. There is no water supply to the proposed building. No bathroom or similar facilities will be built in
the proposed building. No septic tank and/or sewage system will be needed for the proposed building.
