Dear Mr. Stencel:
This letter is in response to a request for water service to serve the following property described
as follows:
SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRITPION:
Water service can be made available to the above described property provided all requirements
of the District are satisfied, including easements where required for District facilities.
Central Weld County Water District requires that contracts be consummated within one (1) year
from the date of this letter, or this letter shall become null and void unless extended in writing
by the District.

w0 Please be advised that, at this time, Greeley Gas Company does
have facilities available for use with which to serve the
z proposed Scotch Pine Subdivision to be situated within the

F= Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of section 32,
Township 5 North , Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld,
State of Colorado . The developer will be required to pay for the
8 necessary main extensions to get gas into the subdivision for use
N within each of the proposed 6 Lots.

oW Please advise the developer that it will be necessary to deliver
to Greeley Gas Company a plat recorded with the Weld County Clerk
o and Recorder calling out all utility easements available for use

by Greeley Gas Company to service the area. This plat must be
r- delivered to Greeley Gas a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the need
w for natural gas within the subdivision .

O Upon receiving the recorded plat, I will be sending the developer
N a main-extension agreement for the subdivision showing the final
construction-deposit amount and list of properties that may
m subsequently qualify for partial construction-deposit refunds in
