RE: ESTABLISHING POLLING PLACES FOR 1995-96
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1-5-102.5, CRS, and pursuant to the recommendation of
J. A. "Suki"Tsukamoto, Weld County Clerk and Recorder, the Board is required to establish polling
places for the1995 coordinated general election by August 9, 1995, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Tsukamoto has presented to the Board a list of polling places in Weld
County for the 1995 coordinated general election, a copy of said list being attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, Ms.Tsukamoto has also requested that the same polling places as established
for 1995 in Weld County be established for the 1996 presidential primary, primary, and general
elections, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to establish the polling places in Weld County
for the 1995 coordinated general election and for the 1996 presidential primary, primary, and
general elections as indicated on the above referenced list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the polling places in Weld County for the 1995 coordinated general election
and for the 1996 presidential primary, primary, and general elections be, and hereby are,
established as indicated on the attached list.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of August, A.D., 1995.
