The committment we have made is to negotiate a subdivision service agreement which includes a 1 1/2" master meter that will originally serve 11 lots, and a temporary connection to our 16" line for fire service to your proposed three hydrants. Of course, any agreement to serve in any form is subject to approval of the service agreement of some kind with the Left Hand Board of Directors. We look forward to working out the details in the subdivision service agreement. Please let me know if you need anything else. Sincerely, Day' . Sample, PE District Engineer EXHIBIT P.O. We stand ready, willing and able to provide and install electrical service to the development. The development will require an off-site line extension to reach the project entrance. The off- site line will include relocating existing overhead lines as necessary to accommodate roads and building sites. The on-site line extension will be front lot construction. We will open the trench and install the electrical line at approximately 48 inches in depth. Both phone and T.V. may follow in the same trench. The developer will be required to pay the full cost of installation of electric service in advance of construction. The cost will include both material and labor expenses. The cost will also include any extra expenses necessary for phone or T.V. such as street crossing sleeves, trenching and coordination. Each lot is entitled to a refund of $785.00. The refund is a permanent service construction allowance. The refund will be issued after each home is completed and occupied by a resident.
