RE: APPROVE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON WELD COUNTY
ROAD 34 ALONG MOUNTAIN VIEW MOTOR SPORT PARK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Engineering has
informed the Board that "No Parking" traffic devices should be
installed on Weld County Road 34 along Mountain View Motor Sport
Park , and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering recommends that six
"No Parking" signs be placed on Weld County Road 34 , and
WHEREAS, the Board, upon the recommendation of the Department
of Engineering, has determined that said traffic devices are
necessary for the protection of the general public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Department of
Engineering be, and hereby is , directed to install "No Parking"
signs on Weld County Road 34 along Mountain View Motor Sport Park
for the safety of the general public, and that said signs must
conform to the State manual and specifications.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
December, A.D. , 1986.
