Summary of the following types from Soil Survey
Type 42—Nunn clay, loam, 1 to 3 percent slopes.
Deep, well drained soil on terraces and smooth plains.
Formed in mixed alluvium and eolian deposits.
Surface layer is grayish brown clay loam about 9 inches thick.
Permeability is moderately slow.
Surface runoff is medium.
Erosion is low.
Windbreaks and environmental plantings well suited for this soil.
Type 79—Weld loam, 1 to 3 percent slopes.
Deep, well drained sold on smooth plains.
Formed in eolian deposits.
Surface layer is brown loam.
Permeability is slow.
Surface runoff is slow.
Eroision hazard is low.
