RE: APPROVAL OF REPLAT #214 : 82 : 4 FOR LOTS 7 AND 3, BLOCK 1,
OLINGER SUBDIVISION OF GARDEN TRACTS - PLATTEVILLE COMMUNITY
CENTER, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of June, 1982 , a public meeting was
held before the Board of County Commissioners and the application
of the Platteville Community Center, Inc. , for a replat on Lots
7 and 3, Block 1, Olinger Subdivision of Garden Tracts more par-
ticularly described as Lot 7 and W1/2 Lot 3, part SW4 , Section 18 ,
T3N, R66W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, was presented,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard the testi-
mony and statements of those present and has studied the request
and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission,
and having been fully informed, is satisfied that the proposed
replat is in compliance with Section 6-4 A. (1) of the Weld County
Subdivision Regulations. This determination is based on the
following:
A. The parcels being replatted are in com-
pliance with all applicable regulations;
B. Drainage easements or rights-of-way
reserved for drainage have not been
changed;
C. Street locations and street rights-of-
way have not been changed;
D. The plat has not been altered in any
way which would adversely affect the
character of the original subdivision
plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the replat of Lots 7
