RE: APPROVE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON WELD COUNTY
ROAD 7 AND WELD COUNTY ROAD 241
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Engineering has in-
formed the Board that "no parking" traffic devices should be
installed on Weld County Road 7 and Weld County Road 241, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering recommends that
three "no parking" signs be placed on Weld County Road 7, be-
tween State Highway 119 and Weld County Road 241 and that three
"no parking" signs be placed on Weld County Road 241, between
Weld County Road 7 and Interstate 25, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, upon the recommendation of the Weld County Department
of Engineering, has determined that said traffic devices are
necessary for the protection of the general public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Department of Engi-
neering be, and hereby is, directed to install "no parking" signs
at Weld County Road 7 and Weld County Road 241, as above listed,
for the safety of ':.the general public, and that said signs must
conform to the State manual and specifications.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
October, A.D. , 1982.
