Vetrone 2141 Bluebell Avenue Greeley, CO 80631 RE: Part of Lot 3, Etherton Subdivision, Weld County Dear Ms. Vetrone: Recently, you inquired about the availability of water and sewer service for the south portion of your property, approximately 1.36 acres. You stated in your letter of October 7, 1996, that you wish to build a new single family structure on your lot after resubdivision occurs. Water service is available from an existing water main in Bluebell Avenue. Prior to approving your request for interim water service, we will require that you acknowledge in writing your participation and payment of pro rata costs associated with the future construction of a public water main in Bluebell Avenue along the entire frontage of your property and ending at the south perimeter. All customary fees and requirements for outside city service must be finalized prior to obtaining water service for your lot. Sewer service is not available at this time. Since our nearest public main is located in Balsam Avenue, you will need to contact the Weld County Health Department about the requirements for a septic system.
