WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, has authorized the Western Hills Fire Department to
use certain buildings , on what is known as the Davis Ranch, for
fire protection practice, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned is authorized to sign this agree-
ment on behalf of the Western Hills Fire Department, the under-
signed agrees that before proceeding to use such buildings for
fire protection practice, to take adequate safety precautions
and disconnect all utilities to the building, and
FURTHER, agrees to dispose of any debris that may pose a
potential danger after completing its operations. The under-
signed further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Weld County,
its officers, agents, and employees from all claims and demands
of whatsoever kind and character resulting from any act, opera-
tion or negligence of the Western Hills Fire Department on the
subject property in connection with this Agreement.
