RE: GRANT REQUEST OF MARY ANN FEUERSTEIN, WELD COUNTY CLERK AND
RECORDER, TO USE CERTAIN WELD COUNTY FACILITIES AS POLLING
PLACES FOR 1990 SPECIAL, PRIMARY, AND GENERAL ELECTIONS AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Mary Ann Feuerstein, Weld County Clerk and Recorder,
has requested permission to use the following Weld County
facilities for polling places in the March 20, 1990, Special
Election, the August 14 , 1990 , Primary Election, and the November
6 , 1990, General Election:
County Courthouse Precinct 60108
Health Department Precinct 60110
County Library Precinct 68257
Centennial Center Absentee
WHEREAS, the above mentioned polling places must be open from
6 : 15 a.m. and remain open until the judges have completed their
duties after the polls close at 7 :00 p.m. , and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to grant
said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Mary
Ann Feuerstein, Weld County Clerk and Recorder, for use of the
hereinabove mentioned facilities to be used as polling places on
Tuesday, March, 20 , 1990 , for the Special Election, Tuesday,
August 14 , 1990 , for the Primary Election, and Tuesday, November
6, 1990 for the General Election be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said request.

SUBJECT: 1990 Special, Primary and General El ctions
We are requesting the use of your facilities for a polling place in order to conduct
the Special, Primary and General Elections to be held in 1990.
It will be necessary for the polling place to be open at 6: 15 a.m. on the morning of
Election Day and remain open until the judges complete their duties after the polls
close at 7:00 p.m.
SPECIAL ELECTION DAY is — Tuesday, March 20, 1.990
PRIMARY ELECTION DAY is — Tuesday, August 14, 1990.
GENERAL ELECTION DAY is - Tuesday, November 6, 1990.
May we please have confirmation in regard to this request by signing and returning
