RE: Greeley Water Service at Greeley-Weld County Airport
Dear Mike:
At your request I have prepared this letter regarding the City of Greeley's ability to provide water
and sewer service to the Greeley-Weld County Airport. At the present time Greeley owns and
operates water and sewer mains located in the north right-of-way of Eighth Street to the east
entrance of the airport. Upon proper annexation to the City of Greeley, the airport wilit be located
in the water and sewer service area.
All standard requirements for water and sewer service shall apply. This will include, among
other things, water and sewer main extensions and looping on-site and off-site as necessary, raw
water dedication, water and sewer plant investment fees, meter fees, and other applicable fees
and construction costs.

Public Service Company provides the electrical service to the Greeley /Weld County
Airport and vicinity. PSCo also is capable of providing electric service to new loads as
they develop. Should the service demand ever expand beyond the existing capability of
our facilities, we would increase those facilities as needed to meet that demand.

Re: Natural Gas Availability for Greeley Weld Airport.
To whom it may concern:
Greeley Gas Company currently serves the Greeley Weld Airport. The facilities serving the
Airport are of sufficient size and pressure to serve modifications and/or additions to the airport as
may be subsequently realized.
As needs change, additional natural gas service will be provided to the Airport in accordance with
Greeley Gas Company's gas line extension and service line policies, on file with the Public
Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado.
