RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Patricia A. Anderson has resigned from the
Weld County Council ; and
WHEREAS, a replacement to fill her Weld County
Council District III position is required; and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council has authority by
the Home Rule Charter to appoint a replacement for a
resigning Council member; and
WHEREAS, the present Weld County Council has inter-
viewed five applicants for this position; and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council finds Sidney A.
Morehouse to be the most qualified of those seeking
this position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the members
of the Weld County Council do hereby appoint Sidney A.
Morehouse as a District III County Council member.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on Motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote
on the 3rd day of January, 1985.
