RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM CITY OF GREELEY TO USE THE WELD COUNTY COURTHOUSE FOR
A POLLING SITE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the City of Greeley will hold its regular municipal election on
November 2, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the City of Greeley has requested permission to use the Weld
County Courthouse for a polling site, and
WHEREAS, it will be necessary for the Weld County Courthouse to be open
from 6:00 a.m. until the election judges complete their work after the polls
close at 7:00 p.m. , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to grant said request from the City of Greeley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request from the City of Greeley to use the Weld
County Courthouse for a polling site on November 2, 1993, be, and hereby is,
granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said necessary documents.

To whom it may concern:
On November 2, 1993, the City of Greeley will conduct its' Regular Municipal Election using
the traditional polling site method. I am therefore requesting the use of the following
facility(ies) as polling site(s):
WELD COUNTY COURT HOUSE
915 10TH STREET
It will be necessary for each polling site to be open at 6:00 a.m. and remain open until the
election judges complete their work after the polls close at 7:00 p.m.
