RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 595 - MANUEL RUBI
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 12th day of May, 1982, considered the request
of Manuel Rubi for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwell-
ing on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agri-
cultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows :
Lot 8, Block 14 , Aristocrat Ranchettes
Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the following condition: 1) The applicant shall submit to the
Department of Planning Services evidence of an Aristocrat Water
Project tap; and septic tank permit approval by the Weld County
Health Department prior to the issuance of any building permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Manuel
Rubi for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a prin-
cipal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was
found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance,
Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted, subject to the condition
above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
May, A.D. , 1982.
