Dear Mr. Morgan:
The City of Greeley provides water service to property known as 3240 47th Avenue
(approximately 2.5 acres) through a 3/4-inch water tap identified as Account
No. 033-730704-01. The owners may use the existing water tap to supply additional site
requirements providing their property remains under current ownership and is not
subdivided.
Future requests for water service are contingent upon the satisfaction of all requirements and
conditions existing at the time of application for service. Please let me know if you need
additional assistance.
