At the request of Mr. John Zadel, Manager of the Central Weld Co. Water District, I have reviewed the
waterline plan as indicated to me by the District. Based on that review and the information provided by the
District,the line was constructed in accordance with the District's and American Water Works Association
standards.

Dear Gloria:
It is hereby advised that the wastewater collection system for referenced
development was designed pursuant to District engineering standards and
installed accordingly. Easements have been dedicated as required. There
are neither unresolved issues nor uncompleted work.
Currently one building, located on Lot 2 and occupied by Flatiron
Structures, is connected pursuant to District Rules and Regulations. There
remain three (3) vacant lots with infrastructures in place.
