RE: APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL FOR "ONE-WAY" DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN
ALLEYS LOCATED IN CARRIAGE ESTATES, 1ST FILING.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Sierra Investments, et al. , have presented a pro-
posal to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colo-
rado requesting "one-way" designation on the dedicated alleys
connecting West 35th Street, 345h Avenue and 33rd Avenue Court,
Carriage Estates, 1st Filing, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has studied said request and finds that said request
should be granted provided that petitioners install the appro-
priate signs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the proposal of Sierra
Investments, et al. , for "one-way" designation of certain alleys
located in Carriage Estates, 1st Filing, be, and hereby is,
approved provided that the petitioners install the appropriate
signs.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
July, A.D. , 1980.

Gentlemen:
This letter is to request than an item regarding the subdiv-
ision known as Carriage Estates, be placed on your same agenda as
the agenda which carries an item described as:
"THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR THE
CARRIAGE ESTATES OFFICIAL UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN"; and,
an item which reads:
"FIRST REPLAT OF A PART OF CARRIAGE ESTATES FIRST AND
THIRD FILINGS".
These two items are presently in process with Weld County Planning
Commission, and should be to you for consideration in April.
The item that we are asking for consideration on is as follows:
1. A proposal to cause "ONE-WAY" designation on the dedi-
cated alleys connecting West 35th Street, 34th Avenue
and 33rd Avenue Court, Carriage Estates First Filing.
Should your Engineering Department need additional information
in advance of your consideration of this request, please have them
contact me for same.

34th Avenue and 33rd Avenue Court, a one-way alley. We have no objections
but we feel the applicant should insall appropriate signing.
