RE: GRANT REQUEST FOR STREET SIGNS IN INDIANHEAD SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the developer of Indianhead Subdivision has re-
quested that Weld County, Colorado prepare and install street
signs for Indianhead Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, said developer has agreed to pay Weld County for
the preparation and installation of said street signs and Weld
County has received a check for the developer in the amount of
$300 . 00 for the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of the
developer of Indianhead Subdivision for the preparation and
installation of street signs in Indianhead Subdivision be, and
hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that if the cost of
said street signs is over $300 . 00 (which has already been
received by Weld County from the developer) , Weld County, Colo-
rado shall bill the developer of Indianhead Subdivision for the
additional cost.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
June, A.D. , 1979 .
