Home My WebLink About760333.tiff RESOLUTION WHEREAS , the City of Greeley, Colorado, has requested the use of the 4-H Building at Island Grove Park, Hall space on first floor of Weld County Courthouse Building and the Family Practice Medical Center (formerly Greeley Clinic) for the Special Municipal Election to be held on July 20, 1976, all in accordance with let- ter of request dated May 25, 1976, attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, and WHEREAS , the Board is agreeable to grant said request with- out charge, all in accordance with such request as submitted and hereinabove referred to. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Board of County Com- missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that it hereby grants the request of the City of Greeley, Colorado, to use the aforementioned County owned buildings, all in accordance with letter of such request here- inabove referred to and as therein recited . The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 7th day of June , A.D. , 1976.
