RE: APPROVAL OF THE USE OF THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
BUILDING AS A POLLING PLACE FOR THE GREELEY MUNICIPAL
ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 6, 1979.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has received a request from the City of Greeley for
permission to use the Weld County Health Department Building
as a polling place for the Greeley Municipal Electionon Tuesday,
November 6, 1979, and
WHEREAS, said building will need to be open from 6 : 00 a.m.
and remain open until the judges complete their work after the
polls close at 7 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of the
City of Greeley for use of the Weld County Health Department
Building on November 6, 1979 for the Greeley Municipal Election
be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
September, A.D. , 1979.

Dear Mr . Warden :
The City of Greeley will hold a. regular municipal election on
Tuesday , November 6 , 1979 , to elect a mayor and three council
people at large .
Permission is hereby requested for the use of the following
property for a polling place :
WELD COUNTY HEALTH BUILDING
1516 Hospital Road, Greeley
It will be necessary for each polling place to be open at
6 : 00 a.m. and remain open until the judges complete their
work after the polls close at 7 : 00 p .m.
Please indicate your approval on the enclosed form and re-
turn it in the enclosed self-addressed envelope .
