Approve Reassignment to Workforce Development Board
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, a vacancy currently exists on the Workforce Development Board, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Michael Wailes on said board from a Workforce Representative to a Business
Representative,,with a term to expire December 31, 2028.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Michael Wailes be, and hereby is, reassigned on the Workforce
Development Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2028.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 26th day of January, A.D., 2026:
