Approve Appointments and Reappointment to Area Agency on Aging Advisory
Board
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas,vacancies currently exist and the term for a certain position on the Area Agency
on Aging Advisory Board will soon expire, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Teresa Schunter, Charlene Brown, Sarah Stadler, and Margaret Hart to said board, all
with terms to expire January 31, 2029, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Steve Karcher to said board, with a term to expire January 31, 2029.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Teresa Schunter, Charlene Brown, Sarah Stadler, and Margaret Hart be,
and hereby are, appointed, and Steve Karcher be, and hereby is, reappointed, to the Area
Agency on Aging Advisory Board, all with terms to expire January 31, 2029.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 26th day of January, A.D., 2026:
