WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the followings reasons:

Gentlemen:
Referring to the Plat filed with the Application, the undersigned
Weidenkellers are the fee owners of the property described in such
Plat as "Tract No. 2". The undersigned Rangels are the fee owners
of the property therein described as "Tract No. 1".
The purpose of this Application is to allow the undersigned
Weidenkellers to convey to the undersigned Rangels the south
portion of "Tract No. 2" identified by yellow hiliner on the
Plat copy.
If allowed the boundary lines of the undersigned property owners
would change and the undersigned Weidenkellers would be the fee
owners of Parcel "A" and the Rangels, Parcel "B".
The change would be compatible with the surrounding land uses
which are, and would remain primarily agricultural.
