Per Code, scale shall be 1"=200 feet for Survey Plat and 1"=2000 feet for Vicinity Map
Item 3.A: Building Envelope is in northwest corner of the prpperty. A Building Envelope was requested
as this is considered an irrigated agricultural land, as such staff requests that the envelope be place
adjacent to a County Road.
Item 3.C: Access to Lot A of this Recorded Exemption shall be seventy-five (75) feet from all
intersections. Graphically this access appears to be nearer to the intersection than permitted
Item 3.K: A Deed was submitted for this parcel, however, staff requests a copy of the recorded deed be
provided prior to accepting the plat for recording.
Item 31: Staff requests a copy of a current Statement of Taxes, delineating that there are no taxes clue
on this parcel
