Deputy Couniv r . . lit MEMORAnDUM WillieTo Gene Brantner, Commissioner Date June 14, 1984 COLORADO From Jerry Wones Subject: Agreement with Dacono and Tri-Area Ambulance Service Attached is an agreement that has been prepared by Dacono Fire Department regarding ambulance service in their fire district. This agreement makes Tri-Area the primary responder and WCAS the backup service. It also requires Tri-Area to have a paramedic available during the daytime starting June 30, 1984. They are further required to have full time paramedic service after January 1985. I believe this is the best way to serve the area and I recommend it to the Board for approval. If you will advise me of the meeting date, I will plan to be there. Chief Fuss also reported that Tri-Area is still reworking their proposal for a tax district. He expects they will be contacting the Commissioners in the very near future. He said the latest proposal was approximately 31/2 mills. Hello
