RE: AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE USED MANUAL COPIER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Human Resources Division has requested the Board
to approve the purchase of a Gestetner Model 360 Manual/Automatic
Copier for use in the Headstart Program, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and
Director of Purchasing have reviewed the purchase and indicate
that the purchase of the used Gestetner Model 360 at the cost
of $600. 00 is in the best interest of Weld County, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, to purchase used equipment only by Reso-
lution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners that Human Resources Division is hereby authorized to pur-
chase a used Gestetner Model 360 Copier at the cost of $600. 00
from Mike Arnold.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
January, A.D. , 1982.
