subject: Proclamation for Loyalty Day
Mr. Beard was in today, April 8th, requesting that Loyalty Day
be on April 29, 1982. He requested that the Proclamation be pre-
pared and considered by the Board. He further requested that
the Commissioners bring and present the Proclamation at the cere-
monies scheduled for April 29 , 1982, at the VFW Hall, 2514 7th
Avenue.
