TO BE ATTACHED TO and form a part of Bond Number 158 425 466 issued by AMERICAN
CASUALTY COMPANY OF READING, PENNSYLVANIA, as Surety, on behalf of Weld
County Employees (See Riders Attached to Original Bond), of Greeley, Colorado, hereinafter
referred to as the Principal, and in favor of Weld County of Greeley, Colorado, hereinafter
referred to as the Obligee, in the sum of (See rider attached to original bond for individual
amounts), effective theist day of January, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed that the following will be added to the bond as additional
employees:
Thomas Teixeira, Housing Authority Director 2/1/99 $25,000.00
Mary Jane Berenato, Deputy District Attorney 3/9/99 $ 5,000.00
Robert Wilmarth Miller, Deputy District Attorney 9/3/99 $ 5,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, it is also agreed that the following will be deleted as employees:
Daniel M. Fowler, Housing Authority Director 2/1/99 $ 25,000.00
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that all other terms and conditions of this bond shall remain
unchanged.
THIS RIDER IS TO BE EFFECTIVE the dates stated above for each individual.
