Subject: Agreement for Ise of Soil for Road Pnrroses with Tee `iiirlcer
Attached is our standard agree-ent for use of road material, executed by
Lee Tucker for a pit located in Section 1, 3 miles southeast of Carr.
We will use about 10,000 cubic yards this year to gravel 14 miles of Weld
County Road 122 from U.S. 85 to Weld County Road 55.
If the County will give Mr. Tucker this contract, he will get the necessary
State Mined Land Permits and County SUP.
Even though we propose to pay $0.60 per yard, the closeness of the source
to the haul site more than compensates by reducing fuel costs.
