RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 760 - LOUIS AND LETICIA GALINDO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 3rd day of August, 1983 , considered the request
of Louis and Leticia Galindo to place a mobile home to be used
as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows:
Lots 21-24, Block 17 , Gill, Weld County
Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit
for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of
approval by the Board of County Commissioners .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Louis
and Leticia Galindo to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which
was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordi-
nance, Section 43, be, and hereby is , granted subject to the con-
dition as above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
August, A.D. , 1983.

This Permit is not transferrable and shall become void if system construction has not commenced within one year of its issuance.
Before issuing final approval of this Permit the Weld County Health Department reserves the right to impose additional terms
and conditions required to meet our regulations on a continuing basis. Final Permit approval is contingent upon the final in-
spection of the completed system by the Weld County Health Department.

Dear Commissioners , \
We are writing this letter in protest toy -',
permit , , ZPM 760 applied for by Louis and
Leticia Galindo . `,

We do not believe a permit to locate a mobil,
home or any other type of dwelling should be
issued to any one before the water and sewer sQ -
is installed on the property.
Earlier this year we did not protest at the
hearing for tarry Hernandez because he told us
he would have the water and sewer in be fore he
moved his mobile home to Gill . He then moved
his home in on a Saturday morning with no water
or seweron the land. tie still has no water ,
except for a well he and Mr . Hamlet dug them
selves on the 4th of July weekend.
We were told that before we could move our
mobil home to Gill , we had to have water and
sewer on the proptrty .NE got our permit fer
a septic tank and did every thing step by
ee
step ,having it inspected by the county as
we went along. The water was then put in at
great expence • After the hearing we got the permit
and then bad our home moved onto the property .
WE do not feel that it is fair to let a few people
get by without obeying your rules and making the rest
of us adhere strictly to every one . We realize there is
a fair amount of money involved and also appreciate
people wanting to buy their own lend but we do not
feel they should go with out good safe water.
These people knew how much money was needed
before-they purchased the land.
We will continue to protest every one that does not
adhere strictly, to your guidlines.
