RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF EXHIBIT "A" TO SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR ALLISON
FARMS SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" to the Subdivision Agreement for Allison
Farms Subdivision which sets forth the cost of drainage improve-
ments has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners for
approval , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said
Exhibit "A" to the Subdivision Agreement and deems it advisable
to approve the same, and
WHEREAS, the Board further deems it advisable to approve
a letter of credit which would guarantee said improvements .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Exhibit "A" to the Sub-
division Agreement for Allison Farms Subdivision be, and hereby
is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners
does hereby approve the letter of credit guaranteeing the drainage
improvements within said Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that no building permits
shall be issued until the drainage improvements are completed,
but in any event they shall be completed at the end of one year.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
November, A.D. , 1980 .
