PLANNING DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE, ROD ALLISON
The. following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated December 21 , 1982
and duly published December 24 , 31, 1981 and January 7 , 1982 in
the Johnstown Breeze a public hearing was held for the purpose of
considering the Proposed Service Plan for the East Eaton Water and
Sanitation District.
Steven Janssen, legal counsel for - the residents of East Eaton was
present and elaborated on the proposed service plan. Mr. Janssen
reviewed the statutes covering this request and the present water
system in East Eaton.
Following discussion Commissioner N. Carlson made a motion to approve
the East Eaton Water and Sanitation District service plan as presente
and included the recommended development standards . Commissioner
Kirby seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
