RE: APPOINT COMMISSIONER NORMAN CARLSON TO REPRESENT THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AT THE ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS
OF THE OGILVY IRRIGATING AND LAND COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado is a stockholder in the
Ogilvy Irrigating and Land Company, and
WHEREAS, the annual meeting of stockholders of the Ogilvy
Irrigating and Land Company will be held on Tuesday, December
9 , 1980 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to ap-
point Commissioner Norman Carlson to represent the Board at
said meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Commissioner Norman
Carlson be, and hereby is, appointed to represent the Board of
County Commissioners at the annual meeting of stockholders of
the Ogilvy Irrigating and Land Company.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
November, A.D. , 1980 .
