Subject: Contract with Hyland Associates dated January 9, 1984
We are enclosing a signed contract from Mr. Hyland. It is
our understanding that the Council can hire Hyland Associates
as auditors for the year 1984 paid at the rates specified in
the contract as long as we do not exceed the sum of $10,000.
If this is not the Board's understanding of this contract, we
request notification returned to us by our May 3, 1984, meeting.
