adopted by the Weld County Board of County Commissioners
on May 19, 1982 , and requiring the issuance of permits for
the plowout and cultivation of grassland. Pursuant to Ordi-
nance No . 108, the landowner is required to follow a conserva-
tion plan approved by the local Conservation District Board.
The landowner is advised to contact the local Soil Conserva-
tion District Board for any amendments or updates to the
Conservation Plan .

Gentlemen:
Mike Cervi requested our office to write to you concerning land owned
by the State of Colorado, Section 36, T10N, R56W, which he leases.
The Centennial Soil Conservation District approved a conservation plan
on a parcel of land which includes the above described land. This
approval was issued at a regular Board of Supervisors meeting held
July 6, 1982. The conservation plan was for converting rangeland to
non-irrigated cropland which also addresses the conservation practices
that need to be practiced to maintain soil erosion at an acceptable
level.
