RE: CORRECT RESOLUTION GRANTING MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 779 TO
DENNIS MOE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on September 14 , 1983 , the Board granted, by Reso-
lution, Mobile Home Permit No. 779 to Dennis Moe, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did erroneously state that said
mobile home was to be used as a principal dwelling on a parcel
of land more particularly described as follows:
Part of the SWa SW2, Section 19 , Township 5
North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, said Resolution should be corrected to state that
said mobile home is to be used as a temporary use during a medical
hardship on the above described parcel of land which is in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve the correction
as above stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the hereinabove correction
to the Resolution granting Mobile Home Permit No. 779 to Dennis Moe
be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
October, A.D. , 1983 .
