RESOLUTION
- RE: APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO AND
DENVER BULLET FOR RELOADING SERVICES FOR THE WELD COUNTY
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO
SIGN THE SAME.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the contract for reloading services for the Weld
County Sheriff's Department was previously awarded to Triple D
Reloading, and
WHEREAS, said contract was cancelled by the Board of County
Commissioners for lack of satisfactory performance, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners went to the next
lowest bidder, Denver Bullet, for reloading services, and
WHEREAS, an Agreement between Weld County, Colorado and
Denver Bullet has been prepared for reloading services, said
Agreement effective from October 1, 1980 through December 31,
1980, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable •
to approve said Agreement and to authorize the Chairman to sign
the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Agreement between
Weld County, Colorado and Denver Bullet for reloading services
for the Weld County Sheriff' s Department be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Agreement.

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
December, A.D. , 1980.

THE UNDERSIGNED Vendor, Denver Bullet of Denver, Colorado,
hereby agrees to provide target bullet reloading services, the
specifications of which are set forth in Weld County Government
Bid Request No. 047-80, in the quantity and quality quoted in
the undersigned' s proposal of February 7 , 1980. Said proposal
was accepted by the Weld County Board of County Commissioners
and the bid awarded to the undersigned Vendor after a contract
with Triple D Reloading of Littleton, Colorado was cancelled
by the Board of County Commissioners on or about September 1,
1980. The undersigned further understands and agrees that this
Agreement shall be in full force and effect from October 1, 1980
to and until December 31, 1980.
The undersigned understands and agrees that the price quoted
in this proposal for each item of goods is the total price to
the Weld County Government and that all additional costs including,
but not limited to, freight, postage and handling, shall be borne
by the undersigned Vendor.
The undersigned expressly understands and agrees that this
contract is for reloading services only and references in the
bid request to the purchase of 10, 000 rounds of target reload
ammunition are specifically deleted by this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this
Agreement on the date set forth below.
